I’ve seen these online randomly but when I went to find one, I couldn’t for the life of me! Isn’t that how it always goes? You see something a million times but when you actually need it, you can’t find it!
Well, I decided to make my own chart outlining how often my breastfed baby needs to eat and sleep. I figured I’d share it here in case any of you other mamas are going crazy scouring the Internet for one.

I took this information from my What To Expect The First Year book.
Note: In the “NAP” section for newborns when it says “N/A,” that’s because newborns will and should sleep whenever they want and need. There doesn’t need to be any schedule or set number. Let the little guys sleep! But, don’t forget to feed them every 2-3 hours, even if that means waking them up!
